- To confirm the reservation, the deposit payment by bank transfer, while the remaining balance of the stay will be paid at the hotel
- In case of cancellation within 15 days since arrival, there is the possibility of use the deposit for an additional stay similar (in duration and treatment) to the cancelled stay. Bookings in the middle weeks of August are excluded.
